Section 3 - Products & Formulations

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange strictly according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, notes, and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

3. Refund & Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature, regulatory classification, and chemical composition of fine fragrances, cosmetics, and botanical goods, all sales are final.

  • No Refunds or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any opened, unopened, used, or unused fragrance bottles, solid balms, or botanical preparations. Please review fragrance scent profiles, notes, and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We take utmost care in packaging our goods. If your package arrives physically damaged or leaking due to transit mishandling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at calderiansense@gmail.com with photographic evidence of the outer packaging and damaged goods. Replacements for damaged items are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped along with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping (US) & Hazmat Ground Restrictions

Because our products contain fine alcohol-based formulas and botanical extracts classified as flammable liquids (Dangerous Goods), all orders must ship via ground transportation in compliance with federal hazardous materials regulations.

  • We utilize ground carrier services (such as UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Ground Advantage).

  • Estimated transit times range from 2 to 7 business days depending on your destination within the United States.

  • We currently do not offer expedited air shipping options for alcohol-based formulations.

International Shipping

Due to strict international regulatory restrictions governing the transport of alcohol-based perfumery and flammable liquids across international borders, we currently ship exclusively within the United States.
